About · Fractional COO, Executive Advisor & Coach

CEOs call me when execution stalls and they end up doing everyone else's job.

15 years leading operations: NASDAQ trading floors, banking risk, and scaling tech across Israel, Europe and the US.

I bring Israeli directness, American problem-solving ambition, and European structural discipline to your operations. My real secret weapon is neuroscience.

I step right into your team, break the hidden stories and fear keeping your people stuck, remove you as the operational bottleneck, and build systems that run without you. I get my hands dirty in the mess so you can actually lead.

I started on a NASDAQ trading floor, the solo female trader in a room of 100 men, then moved through banking risk and 15 years inside tech companies as Head of People Ops, Head of Delivery, and COO. I've sat in board meetings surrounded by men and made it to the top anyway. I know exactly what that takes: the permission to take up space, to be visible, to push yourself forward when nobody's clearing the path for you. That's part of what I teach now, especially to women who are done building quietly.

200+ CEOs and senior leaders later. 50+ companies. I built Leaders & Co. to do both sides at once: fix the operations, and develop the leader running them. My mission is simple. Everyone gets to live their best life now, not after they retire.

Before you ask

What you're probably thinking right now.

“I've already tried coaching. It didn't work.”

Most coaching only works on the person. I work on the person and the system at the same time. Fix one without the other and you regress. That's the gap most coaches miss.

“I don't have time for this.”

You don't have time because of the exact problems we'd fix. Every week you wait costs you more than the time this takes.

“How is this different from a leadership workshop?”

Workshops give everyone the same slide deck. I build a plan for you and your business specifically. Hands on. Not generic.

“I'm already successful. Why do I need this?”

Most of my clients are already successful. That's exactly why they call me. They want their next level to cost them less.

“Are you a mentor, a coach, or an advisor?”

Different jobs, and most people offer one. A mentor shares their own playbook. A coach develops your judgment, they don't touch your business. An advisor solves the problem in front of you. I do all three at once: I've run the operation, I coach the person running it, and I advise on the specific decision, so the fix isn't just insight, it's a system that actually runs without you.
